Aneesh is a founding team member of Enmasse and leads partnerships. He combines extensive experience in legal and consulting, alongside a track record of driving leadership and organisational excellence. Aneesh brings an intensely human touch to his work, with strong interpersonal relationships at the heart of his ethos as a leader and manager. Born in Odisha into a military family, he has studied in schools from Assam to Delhi and Kashmir to Hyderabad. Aneesh is passionate about sharing Enmasse’s mission of accelerating Entrepreneurial Households on their journey to enduring prosperity. At Enmasse, Aneesh focuses on building international partnerships across business functions and competencies that support the EPIC journey.
Before Enmasse, Aneesh was a Partner at Vahura, a full-service, legal search and consulting firm, where he still sits on the Advisory Board. Aneesh’s focus was on major talent acquisition and he led the Disputes Consulting and Practice Acquisition team. Aneesh’s litany of notable successes at Vahura includes a remarkable instance where he facilitated the smooth transition of 100 plus professionals between organisations. This effort is testimony to his leadership and networking skills. Aneesh thrives on meeting people, building relationships and crafting bonds of mutual benefit that last.
Aneesh started his law career in the chambers of Dr. Abhishek Singhvi, one of India’s most renowned and influential legal practitioners. Aneesh appeared before various fora including the Supreme Court of India and eleven other High Courts. During his tenure in Chambers he appeared in multiple landmark cases involving global commercial disputes. Aneesh has some great stories that he cannot divulge due to confidentiality contracts.
Aneesh graduated with a law degree from Symbiosis Law School in Pune.
As impossible as this might sound, Aneesh enjoys a life outside work that is just as rich and vibrant as his work in the office. Aneesh is passionate about motorcycling and good food. He lives in Bangalore with his partner, and two dogs who form the twin-centres of his universe. On weekends Aneesh can often be seen strapping into comprehensive biker clothing before driving three hours out of Bangalore in order to eat this one particular dosa, from this one particular guy, down this one particular road. All in the company of an eclectic group of friends.
