Windy leads operations and integrated execution at Enmasse. With over twenty years experience in philanthropy and international development, she has had a diverse set of roles across several key organisations. She brings with her a wealth of experience as a senior executive specialising in high level strategy and communications, stakeholder management and leading high-performing teams to meet ambitious goals. Her commitment to social impact and ability to build strong, collaborative teams makes her an invaluable asset for Enmasse. Windy loves navigating complex systems, and fostering a workplace culture full of compassion and optimism.
Windy is an unapologetic generalist. From tackling complex, multifaceted challenges at the Rand Corporation to microfinance at Unitus, to working with community development organisations in Peru under a Fulbright grant, her career reflects a quest for meaningful social impact.
She first visited India while working for Unitus and was inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit she saw everywhere. During her tenure at The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, she worked as a Program Officer, with a portfolio focusing on strengthening market systems for livestock keepers in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. At Pivotal Ventures, she worked closely with Melinda French Gates, driving the organisation’s vision and partnerships.
Windy has an MA in International Policy Studies from Stanford University and a BA in International Relations and Economics from Pomona College
Windy and her family love outdoor pursuits and take food very seriously.They also love travel and adventure–Windy has travelled to over 45 countries and lived on 5 continents.
